Our house is in a private development where most resales are very slow. Cara knew through our Church that we planned to sell privately & move back to Nova Scotia; she offered any advice we might need in dealing with this type of sale. This offer made us pause & so we asked Cara to be our listing agent. She did her homework, met with Development Sales Office Manager & then discussed with us how to go forward, she listened & made suggestions with clear explanations. Cara put the For Sale sign up when scheduled & our house was sold in less than a week. She continues to be of assistance. We have given her name & office info to several friends.
